Natural rubber membrane
Natural rubber vacuum membrane for woodworking presses, wood lamination, and durable high-elasticity forming.

Product overview
What is a natural rubber membrane?
This membrane is made from high-quality industrial natural rubber with a hardness of 45 Shore A, ensuring the optimal combination of strength and elasticity. The 2 mm thickness allows the membrane to withstand high cyclic loads and distribute pressure evenly across the entire working surface. The material offers exceptional elasticity — up to 650%, enabling precise forming of detailed components and complex 3D shapes.
The smooth gray surface ensures stable contact with the workpiece and prevents wrinkles, folds, and defects during pressing. The membrane is resistant to tearing and mechanical damage, making it a reliable consumable even in high-intensity production environments. It performs effectively in cold vacuum pressing and at moderate temperatures up to 110°C.
It provides consistent results when processing plywood, veneer, leather, paper, etc.
Using the membrane helps increase pressing accuracy, improve product quality, and reduce operational costs. The membrane is easy to install, has a long service life, and requires no complex maintenance.
