What is Vacuum Press Professional?
The Vacuum Press Professional (VP-P) is a vacuum membrane press designed for daily professional veneering, laminating, bending and solid surface thermoforming. It has a rigid laser-cut metal chassis, an 18 mm compact HPL worktop with up to 32 suction points and a 40 m³/h oil-free rotary vane pump that reaches up to 8.5 t/m². It is built in six sizes, with press areas of 2540, 3140 or 3740 mm length and 1420 or 1620 mm width, and with a 2 mm natural rubber or silicone membrane (optionally polyurethane on the 1420 mm wide models). To thermoform solid surface, the press works together with a preheating oven: the sheet is heated in the oven and formed in the press.
