Plastic vacuum press
Vacuum forming press for 3D thermoforming acrylic and thermoplastic sheets in automated production.

Product overview
What is Plastic vacuum press?
Plastic vacuum press (TS-P) is an automatic thermoforming station for plastic sheets, including acrylic (PMMA), ABS, PVC, PETG and PS. It heats the sheet with IR quartz emitters in up to 15 heating zones, monitors the process temperature with a pyrometer and forms the softened sheet over the mold with up to 99% vacuum (1 mbar abs.). A PLC with touchscreen stores user programs with heating curves and vacuum steps, so each cycle can be repeated. Two models are available: TS-P-0606 for 600 × 600 mm sheets and TS-P-1212 for 1200 × 1200 mm sheets, with a 40 or 100 m³/h vacuum pump. Designed and manufactured in Moncada (Valencia, Spain) by Global Vacuum Presses.
