What is Duo Professional, and what is it used for?
Duo Professional is a 2-in-1 combination machine featuring an upper vacuum membrane press and a lower oven with an aluminum heating plate. It is designed for thermoforming, laminating, veneering, and shaping processes involving Solid Surface, wood, thermofoil, and select composites.
The sheet is heated by contact with the lower plate and then formed under the vacuum membrane, all in a single station. This configuration reduces handling, saves space in the workshop, and allows for greater precision, thermal stability, and repeatability when working with flat or curved parts.

Available with press lengths of 2540, 3140, or 3740 mm and widths of 1420 or 1620 mm, depending on the configuration. It allows for working with large-format parts while maintaining a spacious and stable surface for heating and forming processes.
Uniform contact heat up to 180 °C
Anodized aluminum bottom heating plate with digital temperature control and a timer, designed to provide uniform and stable heat transfer by contact throughout the process.
Uniform pressure across the entire surface
Work table with an 18-mm HPL top and a distributed vacuum grid, designed to evacuate air evenly and apply stable membrane pressure during the process.
Precise manual vacuum control
Front panel with a manual open/close valve, an automatic/continuous operation selector, vacuum control, and a pressure gauge for simple and reliable process monitoring.
Optional top heating hood
Top-heating hood up to 110 °C, designed to accelerate the drying and curing of adhesives in woodworking, veneering, laminating, and other gluing processes.
Integrated vacuum system
Integrated vacuum pump with a protective filter, designed for efficient air evacuation and stable operation during pressing and forming processes.
