What is the Compact Thermoforming Oven?

The Compact Thermoforming Oven is a contact-heating oven that preheats Solid Surface, thermoplastics, composites and wood materials before forming or pressing, with no pressure on the material. It comes in two models. The TO-C-1509-P heats from an anodized aluminum bottom platen under a Monolux® insulated cover, with a 1390 × 800 mm heating area, up to 180 °C, one digital temperature controller, a timer, manual opening and 7.5 kW. The TO-C-1509-I is the industrial version: it heats from top and bottom platens, has a 1450 × 850 mm heating area, two digital controllers, foot-pedal opening and up to 180 °C (220 °C optional), with 12 kW. Both have a 1490 × 900 mm heating platen, a 1000 mm working height and run on 220/400 V three-phase.
