Sprinter Standard
Heated vacuum membrane press for bending, plating, and laminating flat or curved parts using uniform pressure and controlled heating.

Product Description
What is Sprinter Standard, and what is it used for?
Sprinter Standard is a heated vacuum membrane press for veneering, laminating, bending, and hot-gluing flat or curved parts. It processes wood panels, veneers, curved laminates, and PVAc, PU, or heat-activated adhesives.
It features an insulated heating chamber with tubular heating elements capable of reaching up to 80 °C and a vacuum membrane that applies uniform pressure across the entire workpiece, improving bonding quality and process repeatability.
Benefits for Industrial Woodworking
How Sprinter Standard Enhances Your Pressing Process
Sprinter Standard combines uniform pressure via a vacuum membrane with controlled heating up to 80 °C to improve the bonding, veneering, and laminating of flat or curved parts, delivering consistent results.

Advanced heating system
Heating hood with tubular heating elements, designed to provide controlled heat to the pressing area and accelerate the drying of adhesives in wood veneering, laminating, and bending processes.

Uniform pressure on curved parts
A flexible vacuum membrane that conforms to complex geometries, applying uniform pressure across the entire part to improve the quality of plating, lamination, and bonding.

Vacuum system with protective filter
25 m³/h rotary vane vacuum pump, equipped with an air filter to protect the system and ensure efficient and stable evacuation during baling.

Easy Temperature Control
Control panel with switches for turning on the machine and activating the digital controller, along with Power and Heating LED indicators for monitoring the system's status.

Manual Vacuum Panel
Front panel with an open/close valve, automatic/continuous selector, vacuum control, and a pressure gauge to monitor the pressing process.
