Product overview
What is Sprinter Quintet?
Sprinter Quintet (SP-Q) is a multifunctional 5-in-1 vacuum membrane press for woodworking, thermoforming, 3D PVC lamination, oven preheating and sublimation. It combines Schneider PLC control with touchscreen, a 140 °C convection hood with hydraulic movement, automatic frame sealing and an integrated pneumatic 180 °C sliding oven.
Two models are available, with press areas of 3160 x 1290 mm and 3760 x 1290 mm. A 100 m³/h oil-free vacuum pump presses the membrane with up to 8.5 t/m², and the 18 mm compact HPL worktop ensures uniform air evacuation.
Superior Performance
Sprinter Quintet Advantages
Multifunctional 5-in-1 vacuum membrane press for woodworking, thermoforming, 3D PVC lamination, oven preheating and sublimation, with Schneider PLC control, a 140 °C convection hood, automatic frame sealing and an integrated pneumatic sliding oven.

Multifunctional heating and pressing
5-in-1 press for woodworking, thermoforming, 3D PVC lamination, oven preheating and sublimation, with a 140 °C hood and a table of up to 3760 x 1290 mm in a single machine.

Integrated 180 °C oven
Sliding-drawer oven reaching 180 °C with an anodized aluminum platen and 520 mm working height, for preheating or sublimating while the hood is working. Automatic pneumatic drawer available as an option.

PLC and touchscreen control
Schneider PLC with touchscreen and manual and automatic modes: cycles repeat with the same parameters. Includes automatic frame sealing and an emergency stop within the operator's reach.

Hydraulic hood movement
Hydraulic unit that raises and lowers the double-walled hood smoothly and under control, next to the 100 m³/h oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump, which reaches 8.5 t/m² at 150 mbar abs.

PVC film roll holder
Standard roll holder with shaft on the machine itself: film for 3D PVC lamination is always at hand and unrolls straight towards the table, with no extra handling.

Frame closing with suction cups
Standard suction cups under the membrane frame rest on the table edge for automatic frame sealing: no manual closing is needed and the PLC cycle runs without interruption.

Turbine cooling system (optional)
Optional set of two cooling turbines mounted on the hood: they cool the formed part before opening, helping to set the shape and shorten the time to the next load.
